Christine Czarnik grew up in Western New York and returned home to Tonawanda in 2020 after serving as a town council member in South Carolina. She remains deeply involved in her community through the New York Coalition for Open Government and other civic organizations.
​Christine brings over 25 years of experience as a professional accountant and small business owner. She has dedicated her career to helping businesses balance budgets, cut waste, and navigate complex finances — the same skills she’ll use to protect taxpayer dollars. ​
​​A dedicated fiscal conservative, Christine will protect your hard-earned money by demanding transparency, accountability, and fiscal responsibility. She knows how to balance budgets, eliminate waste, and hold politicians accountable. Christine is committed to serving as the taxpayer watchdog residents deserve and making Erie County government more affordable for working families.
